Request deletion of your account and eligible personal data without installing the app. Our team aims to complete requests within 30 calendar days and will explain any delay.
You can use your account and cancel the request until processing starts. Access then ends and cancellation is no longer available. Some records may be retained under the approved policy. Registering again with the same phone number requires support review.
